KFI Plug-N-Play Winch Kit for Polaris ATVs:

A reliable winch is the most important accessory a rider can have. This Plug-N-Play Winch Kit is designed with the user in mind, making it completely assembled and ready to be installed. With roughly a 15-20 minute installation time, you can spend more time plowing, racing your buddies down the trail, or trying to make it through your favorite mud hole! Whichever you prefer, feel confident you can pull yourself out of any situation with a KFI winch on your machine.

What You'll Be Getting:

A top of the line, stylish, yet extremely durable KFI Assault 3500LB Synthetic Cable Winch. The Plug-N-Play Winch Kit comes with the Winch, Electrical Contactor, POM Roller Fairlead, and Split Cable Hook Stopper pre-assembled in a model specific winch mount and a Handlebar Mini-Rocker Switch to control your winch. Both the Handlebar Mini-Rocker Switch and the Electrical Contactor are designed to work in conjunction with the Polaris pre-ran handlebar harness making the wiring a breeze. Please see application chart below for fitment on your machine and models that will require relocation of the contactor to the side of the mount. Relocation will require two bolts.

Note:
Most new Polaris ATV's come with the pre-installed OEM handlebar wire harness. This wire harness is used to connect the handlebar remote to the contactor. Please refer to the application chart below for the model specific machines that require the additional purchase of this Polaris Handlebar Wire Harness (#AP-HARNESS). 

Some machines may require the leads of the winch be rotated so they don't come in contact with the frame or bumper. The leads can be rotated by following the instruction manual HERE.

Winch Includes:

50' Synthetic Cable with 5' protective sheath and end loop (SYN19-S50)

Take control of your winch with the included Mini-Rocker Switch (AP-CMR) that comes with an adjustable bracket to mount it to your ATV's handle bars and allows you to control your winch with the touch of your finger without ever letting go of your handle bars.

The Heavy Duty Electric Contactor (AP-CONT) protects your ATV's electrical system and switches the power distribution of your winch that is controlled by your switches.
 

Included is the KFI Split Cable Hook Stopper (#ATV-SCHS) with the following benefits:

• Eliminates wear and tear on rollers from the hook with can cause cable wear.
• Eliminates hook clatter from going down the trail.
• Protects the winch motor and gears from pulling the cable in too far and bottoming out on the rollers.
• Keeps tension on the hook to eliminate the cable becoming loose.
• Also has slits designed in it to work as an anti-kick back for the cable if your cable was to snap.
