Warn is pleased to offer a new compact configuration of
the ZEON XC 12-S specifically for WARN’s new Hidden
Winch Mounting Kits. This new winch offers all the pulling
power of the ZEON XC 12-S in an even smaller package.
Designed, engineered, tested, and assembled in the USA,
this winch has all the features and strength of standard
WARN ZEON XC 12-S winch, but in a narrower shortdrum
configuration. This includes a high-performance,
high-efficiency motor with fast lines speeds, reliable
IP68/IP69K waterproofing with O-ring sealing, and
corrosion-resistant black fasteners. But this winch is 2.5”
shorter in length than a standard ZEON XC 12-S and fits
WARN’s Hidden Winch Mounts
This short-drum winch includes 70’ of 3/8” Spydura Pro
synthetic rope that’s durable, lightweight, and easy
to handle. The winch’s transmission has been rotated
forward 144°, making the clutch lever easy to access
when in the foot-forward mounting configuration, even
when hidden behind the bumper. Additionally, it includes
a 7’ (2m) remote socket extension harness, allowing
the remote socket to be mounted in an easy to access
location, even when the winch is mounted behind the
bumper. Lastly, to match the shorter drum, an all-new
shortened hawse fairlead is included.
Other features include a low-profile control pack and a winch
tie plate connecting the motor and transmission sides for
excellent structural rigidity. Bus bar electrical connections
make this winch super-efficient, giving it an excellent duty
cycle. The Albright contactor is the best on the market
offering supreme control and reliability. Like all WARN truck
winches, the ZEON XC for Hidden Winch Mounts includes a
limited lifetime warranty and seven-year electrical warranty,
all backed by Warn’s US-based customer service team.
